All patients will be entering through the Baytown Methodist Plaza II entrance. If possible, please avoid bringing visitors with you for your appointment. Each patient, including children, may only have one accompanying person. Everyone entering the building will be screened for symptoms, undergo a temperature check, then wear a wristband. Please allot time for these extra steps to keep everyone safe.
We will temporarily be offering a telemedicine option for certain appointments with Dr. Chan. If you are interested, give us a call and let us know you would like to switch.
Keep in mind there is a lot of things we will not be able to do in a telemedicine visit. An examination with telemedicine will not be as accurate as an in-person examination. We will not be able to perform a thorough overall skin check, biopsies, or procedures through telemedicine.
See the below link for your teledermatology visit. Please do not enter the site unless you have a teledermatology appointment.
